  • Free upgrade is subject to availability at the time of reservation
  • Limited upgrade inventory per day, based on first-come, first-served
  • Book Superior and enjoy a free upgrade to Suite
  • Book a Suite and enjoy a free upgrade to Premium Suite
  • Maximum free upgrade is 2 nights per stay
  • For stays longer than 2 nights, the upgrade can be applied to either the first two nights or the last two nights
  • Upgrade date of allocation must be confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.
  • Without prior confirmation, the upgrade will automatically be assigned to the last two nights of the stay
• Airport Pick-Up Service
  • Complimentary airport pick-up for a maximum of 4 persons with standard luggage
  • ETA (flight details) must be provided at least 3 days before arrival
• Promo is non-refundable.
• Any cancellation made within 7 days before arrival and/or No Show, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total package.
