We do hope everyone is well, stay safe and healthy. Currently due to COVID-19 pandemic, the situation is unstable and some countries implemented travel restrictions.
Unfortunately, the international airport is temporarily closed until further notice and hopefully, everything will return to normal soon.
Meanwhile, we fully focus on implementing the health protocol procedure.
The safety and health of valued guests and dedicated employees are always our highest priority.
On August 2020, we received the new normal protocol certification by Bali Government Tourism and we are ready to welcoming our guests soon.
Always wash your hand before entering hotel.
Implementation of hand washing facilities, ACID water spray and check body temperature (not more than 37.3 ° Celsius).
Hand sanitizers are installed at hotel areas such as front office, in front of elevator, restaurants, etc.
The new set up of hotel facilities based on new normal procedure (see this images).
Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting all areas as well as facilities with extra care and appropriate chemicals.
Installation of health protocol signs for guests’ information including keep the distance, wear masks, etc.
Guests must fill the declaration form about health condition and previous travel journey.
Guests from outside Bali must show the rapid test or PCR tests.
For your information : Please get PCR / Rapid test at airport / clinic / hospital. Hotel does not provide it.
Cashless payment is preferred.
All must wear masks during working hours and check body temperature before start working and serving our guests.
For some of staffs who will do direct communication with guests or based on job tasks will use proper equipment such as face shield and gloves. We believe that all of us could get through this situation.
