Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali officially renewed Four-Star Hotel Rating on February 2022. After the survey and inspection from PT. LSU Pariwisata Bina Harapan Mulya, we are truly grateful to receive the valuable suggestion as well as genuine comment from the auditors.
Following up to the final assessment, through our strong team work and commitment, the auditor gave us more additional 10 point compared to the previous one. The auditor team proudly announced that Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali has successfully maintained high level of quality and provide consistent customer service.
Mr. Satoshi Hayasaka as General Manager has received the Certificate for the 4th time and he always encourage us to keep up the good work and always follow the health protocol particularly while serving our valued guests.
We do hope that everything will be back to the normal situation soon and lastly, thanks a lot to the auditor team for the guidance and support.
