Terms & Conditions

• Rate is valid for double occupancy
• Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival is subject to 50% cancellation fee of total package
• Any cancellation made within 3 days prior to arrival and / or No Show, will be subject to 100% cancellation fee of total package
• For additional night rate will be based on website rate
• Peak season surcharge will be applied 15 July – 31 August 2021 and 24 December 2021 – 5 January 2022 at Rp. 400.000++ / package / night and for additional night rate will be based on website rate.
• No check in / check out on Nyepi Day : 3 March 2022
• Rate is subject to 11% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge
• Rate is not combinable with any other promotion
• Honeymoon Suite Package is valid until 31 March 2022
